Serafeim Polyzos is a Professor in the Department of Spatial Planning, Urban Planning & Regional Development, at the Polytechnic School of the University of Thessaly and since 2020 President of the same Department.

He is the Director of the Laboratory for the Evaluation of Policies and Development Programs.
